Space to move... 

Located in Ashton-under-lyne our studio is easily accessible to those living in the Manchester area.

Clean and spacious, we create and hold a safe space for you to move and express yourself freely. Incense is burning and music is playing as we co-create; painting, dancing and meditating together.

At the studio, there are changing rooms so that you can prepare for your session, and there's a lounge bar too, where you can grab a smoothie and catch up with your friends.

Parking is available and located at the front of the building - arrive early to guarantee a spot.
